Starlight Children's Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to delivering happiness to seriously ill children and their families through programs that impact millions of kids each year.

We understand that hospital stays can be stressful, overwhelming, and frightening for children. That's why we partner with more than 800 pediatric hospitals and health care facilities in every U.S. state to deliver vital programs that help normalize the hospital environment and put kids at ease. The Starlight Families Program provides ongoing support and resources to bring happiness to children and families—whether they are in the hospital, at home, or traveling between the two.

Program benefits include a monthly e-newsletter, opportunities for special experiences, and tools designed to make a child's medical journey more positive. Parents and guardians of children with a serious or chronic illness can register to become a Starlight Family here.

Hospital staff are encouraged to print and share the Starlight Families Flyer with families of children who have a serious or chronic illness.

The Starlight Portal is our online platform that provides eligible users with access to Starlight programs and deliveries at no cost. To qualify, you must work at a hospital or health care facility that provides medical care to children.

Organizations must be actively providing care or support to children with medical needs to qualify. This includes:

• Hospitals and healthcare facilities that treat pediatric patients (such as pediatric hospitals, children's units within general hospitals, and specialty clinics)

• Respite houses and hospice providers that support pediatric patients and their families through ongoing care, comfort, and end-of-life services

• Accredited medical camps that offer healthcare-focused experiences for children with serious or chronic illnesses

Yes! Gaming and Radio Flyer Hero Wagons are regularly funded by our corporate partners and individual donors. On the product page for these programs, click "Add to Wishlist." You can manage quantities, priorities, and other details across multiple Wishlists. We use this information to guide donors and help ensure our programs are distributed at no cost.

Unfortunately, packages may suffer damage during shipping after they leave our warehouse. Please unbox your delivery as soon as it arrives to assess the condition of the items inside. If any products are damaged beyond use, please reach out to us and we'll do our best to replace them.

Once an order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification that includes tracking information. You can also sign in to your Starlight Portal account and navigate to your order history. Click "Welcome Your Facility" in the top right corner to access your account. Tracking details will be listed under "Recent Purchases."

Starlight Gaming Stations are fulfilled through donor funding and are available as a Wishlist item. The fastest way to receive a gaming station is to secure your own donor or funding source and work with our team to complete the purchase.

Hospitals may receive up to five (5) Radio Flyer Hero Wagons per year at no cost. Additional wagons may be purchased for $250 each.

Starlight Gowns are thoughtfully designed with input from Certified Child Life Specialists and clinicians to meet both the functional needs of hospital staff and the psychosocial and emotional needs of pediatric patients.

The gowns are made of 100% polyester and include plastic snaps and side ties to comply with hospital safety protocols. They allow IV access on both sleeves and easy access to heart monitors.

All Starlight Gowns undergo rigorous flame resistance (FR) testing as required by Children's Sleepwear Regulations and CPSIA guidelines (FR 1615/1616).
